Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to learn about our services and contact us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

• Pages use clear headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link, to support navigation by keyboard and screen reader.
• Links, buttons and form fields are built to be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA color contrast, and layouts adapt to small screens and enlarged text.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are explained in text, not by color alone.
• Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images and video are hidden from screen readers.
• The background video on the home page has no sound and can be paused with the button on the video. Animations are reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
• The accessibility button in the lower-left corner of every page opens optional display settings for larger text, higher contrast, highlighted links and stopping motion. These built-in settings are intended to supplement your browser settings and assistive technology.
• On October 13, 2026 we reviewed the home page, a service page and these legal pages with automated checks (axe-core) in desktop and mobile layouts, and fixed the issues found.

Automated checks find many issues but not all of them, and they do not by themselves establish full WCAG conformance. Testing with screen readers, and with people who use assistive technology every day, is still to come. Some parts of the site may therefore not yet work as well as they should.

• The background video and any interactive 3D views of a house are decorative. The information on those pages is also given in text.
